Self-Exclusion


Xsportsbet.com users are able to exclude themselves from further participation in the gaming line-up or make a request by e-mail. Users can exclude themselves from the gaming line-up from one day up to 5 years or indefinitely.

We would like to inform you that your closure/self-exclusion will only come into effect at the point you receive confirmation from our Customer Support team that your account is now closed/self-excluded.

Xsportsbet.com shall not be liable for any losses towards either party before the closure takes place or the self-exclusion period comes into effect.

Any unsettled bets with Xsportsbet.com will be settled on the result of the event.

Any exclusion implemented shall only be removed upon request of the relevant player or upon expiry of the set duration.

The duration of a definite period of self-exclusion can be increased or decreased upon request of the relevant player.

A notice by the player increasing the period of self-exclusion will be effective immediately upon its receipt by the Company, whereas a notice of decreasing it will be effective after at least 24 hours from the day on which Xsportsbet.com receives the notice, and a notice by the player revoking an indefinite period of self-exclusion shall be effective after at least 7 days from the day on which we receive the notice.
